Appointments

How to Book an Appointment

You can make an appointment in the following ways:

Appointments are set for 10 minutes and are intended to be for one problem only.  If you feel you need to discuss more than one problem, please submit an e-consult for each problem or let reception know at the time of booking.

Our reception team are trained to signpost and navigate you to the most appropriate member of our clinical team.  In order to do this effectively they will ask you questions about the reason for the appointment.

Cancelling an Appointment

If you are unable to keep your appointment, please let us know by completing our Cancel an Appointment form, so that we can offer the appointment to another patient.

Our Extended Clinical Team

You may not always need to see a doctor.  Our team here at Everest Health provide a range of specialised clinics and services which means you may not need to see a GP If you submit an e-consult, a GP will triage your request and may suggest that an appointment with a Nurse or a Physiotherapist would better meet your needs.  A GP may also refer you to a Social Prescriber, Mental Health Nurse, or Pharmacist as appropriate.
